MYCrave IP Services
Patents, trademarks, designs and copyright — drafted, filed and defended end to end. All services.
About MYCrave · Since 2014
Nine offices across India and one in Canada
MYCrave is India’s intellectual property ecosystem. We file and defend your IP, unlock its commercial value through IP BANK India, and build the country’s next generation of innovators through I.N.V.E.N.T. Club. Your creation · our execution.
Most firms do the first. The reason this one exists is the other three.
Structure
Four functions, deliberately under one roof. The gaps between protecting, commercialising and teaching are exactly where most IP quietly dies.
Patents, trademarks, designs and copyright — drafted, filed and defended end to end. All services.
Valuation, licensing and transfer that turn a dormant portfolio into revenue. IP BANK India.
Teaching people to invent — and to own what they invent. I.N.V.E.N.T. Club.
Prior art, landscape and freedom-to-operate work sitting underneath all three. Virtual R&D.
Beginnings
Five people, Rs. 12,500 between them, and a quotation that seemed impossible to justify. The full account is worth reading.
Somebody quoted us Rs. 1,50,000 to file a patent. At the time, roughly sixty per cent of patent filings in India came from foreign applicants. Those two facts, put next to each other, are the whole origin of this company: protection was priced as a luxury, and Indian inventors were not filing.
“To collaborate with all kinds of service providers, to provide a one-dial solution to our customers for their intellectual and legal needs, and to advance the Make in India goal by helping each product become indigenous through intellectual property rights.”
Your creation, our execution.
Reach
Diligence-ready protection, freedom to operate, and a portfolio that reads as an asset.
For businessDesign registration on what gets copied, and a trademark on the name.
For manufacturersIP cells that file, and research protected before publication closes the door.
For institutionsA free search, a straight answer, and a filing in your own name.
For individualsFiling into India and out of it, with Sections 8 and 39 handled as standard.
InternationalTransfers, registrations and commercialisations we have taken through to the other side.
Success storiesThe record
Every one of these is a count of work done, not a projection.
MYCrave accounts for roughly 5% of India’s design filings — our own filing count over the period against the Controller General’s published total for the same period. It measures filing volume, not experience in any particular sector.
People
Twenty-nine people across ten offices. Filing is not a software product — a specification is written by a person, and an objection is argued by one.

Entrepreneur, innovator, IP consultant and public speaker. Under his leadership MYCrave has educated over 2,00,000 individuals, established 70+ IPR cells and filed more than 22,000 intellectual property applications.

Oversees patent operations and quality standards, leading a 50-member multidisciplinary team across eight offices in India.

Presence
Proximity matters more than it should in Indian IP practice — hearings are attended in person, and clients prefer someone in their state.
What we stand for
Statutory deadlines do not forgive, and a filing is only as good as the person watching it afterwards. Every matter has a named owner, dates are diarised rather than remembered, and you are told before a deadline rather than after it.
Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation under NDA, and a free search before any quote. If there is nothing worth protecting, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
Offices in Vadodara, Sangli, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Panchgani, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Khedbrahma, Gandhidham and Montreal.
Nothing technical is discussed in detail until confidentiality is in place.
Prior art or trademark, depending on what you have. It comes before the quote, every time.
Often more than one, and rarely the one people expect when they call.
Professional fees and official Government fees shown separately, before work begins.
Not a shared inbox. Someone whose job it is to answer when you call.
